At Côte Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unused or gently used products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
